• Clean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance & dust. Degrease the surface by using suitable solvents
• Repair the spalled concrete portion by saw, cutting the extreme edges of the repair location to a depth of at least 10 mm to avoid featheredging & to provide strong bond
• Clean the concrete surface to remove any contamination where breaking is not possible. Roughen the surface by light scrabbling or grit blasting
• For priming of concrete substrate, the surface should be thoroughly saturated with potable water. Remove any excess of water prior to application

• For a waterproofing coating Mix URP: Cement in the ratio 1:1.5 by volume
• Mix for 2-3 minutes to avoid air entrapment. Keep on slowly adding cement to Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP until the required consistency is achieved
• Brush apply 2 coats of the mix in a span of 4-6 hours on the prepared concrete substrate
• Overlay the coating with a protective screed to the desired slope & thickness

• For a bonding primer coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP mix URP: Cement in the ratio 1:1 by volume
• Brush apply 1 continuous coat of the mix on the prepared concrete substrate
• Ensure to overlay the repair mortar when the bond coat is still tacky

• Mix design - Portland Cement: 50 kg, Washed sand: 150 kg, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP: 6-7.5 kg & Water: 10 Lit.

1. Bituminous Waterproofing Chemicals:

• Clean the surfaces thoroughly, it should be free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, fungus and moss.
• Thorough wire brushing followed by sanding with emery paper is recommended.
• Remove the existing paint, neroo or instant lime, etc. while treating internal damp walls

• Stir the Base and Hardener thoroughly in their individual packs to achieve the uniform consistency.
• Pour the Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardener part and mix them thoroughly to a homogeneous smooth paste.
• Dilute the mixed compound with water (In ratio of 1 part Base: 1 part Hardener: 1 part water) by slow addition and mix it thoroughly to get a brushable consistency.

• Damproofing of RCC Water Tanks
• Fill the cracks & grooves with Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic and cement modified putty & allow it to dry for at least
• 24 hours.
• Apply a coat of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic. Let it dry for 24 hrs as there is no ventilation inside the tank for proper drying..
• Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic. Allow it to air cure completely for 7 days.
• The coating of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic then must be cleaned thoroughly with plenty of water 6-7 times prior to storage of the water to avoid foam formation

• Not recommended for rising dampness.
• Do not apply directly on neroo or POP. Removal upto plaster level is necessary.
• Do not dilute with water more than recommendation.
• Do not apply below 10 deg celsius.
• Do not apply directly on paints.
• Curing of coating depends upon the humidity and ventilation.
• In case of water tanks rinsing with plenty of water is required before filling with water to avoid foaming.
• In case the putty becomes stiff add a little water to attain right consistency.

• Charge cement & aggregates to concrete mixer as per the mix design, mix in dry state for 1–2 minutes.
• Start addition of 75–80% mixing water & mix for 2-3 minutes.
• Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ is added as per the recommended dosage into the remaining mixing / gauging water,
• then add to concrete mixer & mix for another 2 minutes.
• Place the concrete or apply plaster, as needed.
• Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices.

• Do not add Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ directly to dry cement & aggregate mix.
• Maintain water-cement ratio as low as possible.
• Do not increase the dosage of Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ than the recommendation.

• Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles, while using Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+.
• In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
• Keep out of reach of children

• Wash the surface thoroughly using water and a strong brush. Remove all loosely bound sand particles, neroo or instant lime, POP ,black spots, fungus, moss on moisture captured walls and any poorly adhering painted surface.
• If the surface under the existing paint is weak and should be stripped, and removed with repeated cleaning process.
• Entire surface should be in saturated surface dry (SSD) condition prior to application of Dr. Fixit Sureseal.
• Inspect the screed, plaster surfaces to identify and locate the cracks, Non- structural cracks less than 2 mm should be cleaned free of dust. Apply/ pour Dr. Fixit Sureseal on the cracks and wait for it to dry.
• If existing plaster is in very poor condition, repair the concerned area from positive side to stop the source of dampness.

• Apply two coat of Dr. Fixit Sureseal without any dilution maintaining the spreading rate of 4 to 5 Sq.mtrs/kg/ coat. Allow the first coat to cure for at least 2 to 4 hours before applying the second and final coat.
• Allow the coating to air cure for 2 days.

• Surface preparation is generally limited to cleaning by broom brush or compressed air. All surfaces to be applied must be free from dust, loose material, oil, or any other material which may impair adhesion of the material. All surface cracks up to 5 mm wide should be filled up with the same material and pre-striped prior to application of the material. All joints of vertical up stand should have 50 x 50 mm angle fillets prepared with sand -cement mortar; mixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP.

• Primer is required only for high absorbent surface such as light weight concrete. Primer recommended to be used is Dr. Fixit Torchshield Primer, when the surface is completely dry

• Apply a coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal over an angle fillet as a reinforcing strip all around the parapet wall and allow drying. 
• Apply on all vertical up stand at an average girth of 200 mm. Apply 2 coats Dr. Fixit Roofseal at 0.75 ltrs / m2/ coat, at an interval of 12 hrs between the coats and allow drying completely.

• Careful supervision during application is needed, particularly in ensuring proper curing of concrete and consistent thickness Apply Dr. Fixit Roofseal directly.
• Always protect the coating with proper and appropriate screed.
• Do not apply Dr. Fixit Roofseal directly in open sunlight.

• Surface must be free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles, etc. moisten the surface before applying Dr. fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree.
• Fine hairline cracks must be widened upto 1 mm minimum and then filled.
• For filling Dr. fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree on the internal surfaces, existing POP or painter’s putty must be removed till plaster surface is exposed

• Press Dr. fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree firmly into the crack One time OnlY with a spatula or putty knife and levelthe surface.
• Handball application can also be used as per the convenience.
• Care must be taken to avoid formation of cavities or bubbles during application.
• Allow it to dry in ambient conditions for 5-6 hrs before painting. for best results 7 days air curing is advised.
• Further POP or painters putty application can be taken up once it is fully dry.

• Clean tools & equipments by soap & water. Wash hands with soap & warm water.

• Not for cracks in pop or painter’s putty.
• Not recommended to use under the rain.
• Not meant for structural cracks in concrete, slab, construction joints.
• Jet or power washing on walls not advisable prior to application.
• During application below 10°c, drying time will be delayed.
• Container to be tightly closed after application.
• If filler compound becomes too dry, add potable water in ratio of 1 teaspoon in 250 ml of Dr. Fixit crack-x shrinkfree.

• As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised.
• Protective clothings, such as gloves and goggles, should be worn (see packaging for specific instructions).
• Treat any contact to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately.
• Should any of the products be accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call for medical assistance immediately.
• Ensure the container is available for the medical attendant to examine any relevant instructions and contents details. 
• Reseal all containers after use and ensure product is stored as instructed on the safety section of the labeling.

• Apply two coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat without dilution by brush or roller at a time interval of 5-6 hours.
• For enhanced protection, apply additional coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat on rain lashing walls, chajjas and parapet walls.

• Recommended to be primed with Dr. Fixit Primeseal only.
• Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 100C or above 350C.
• Do not apply in direct sunlight or during rains.

• Mid tone base & Dark base shall not be applied directly as tinting is must for formulating shades.
